Переваги застосування бюджетного менеджменту у процесі управління бюджетною системою України

Abstract

У статті розкрито сутність, основні складові та функції бюджетного менеджменту, досліджено його специфічні риси з метою виявлення можливостей застосування основних положень бюджетного менеджменту у процесі управління бюджетною системою України.

The article states that the effective management of the budget system as a set of budgets of different levels directly affect the efficiency of its functioning, increasing the level of socio-economic development and welfare. Also the article reveals the essence, the main components and functions of budget management, studied its specific features in order to identify opportunities for application of the basic provisions of the budget management in the management of the budget system of Ukraine
