| Краткий осмотр (реферат): | The purpose of the study is to find out the role of multimedia in teaching English as a second language in the universities. The development of information technologies causes changes in studying approaches, which in turn affects the language teaching methods. A number of new tasks has been assigned to the teachers, requiring the implementation of multimedia in the educational process. This study emphasizes on the ways of using information, namely, multimedia technologies in teaching English in the universities, and overviews briefly some programs and Internet resources for creating multimedia presentations and tests. |
