The work proves that in order to ensure the stability of the economy and industrial potential of Ukraine in war conditions, it is necessary: first, the Ministry of Economic Development to actively work on increasing the investment attractiveness of Ukraine at the legislative level and work on agreements on assessing the conformity and acceptability of industrial products with the EU; secondly, regional development of industry and reasonable specialization are needed, i.e. support of cluster initiatives, development of regional infrastructure, support of business projects and innovations, simplification of access to raw materials; thirdly, it is necessary to increase the resource efficiency of industry, in particular, to stimulate innovation, facilitate access to investments, introduce waste management practices and create the foundations of a circular economy.ru_RU
