Using the method of re-engineering business processes at the enterprise in the implementation of innovative technologies

Abstract

In today's global economic environment, where rapid changes and technological innovations determine competitive advantage, the method of reengineering business processes becomes critically important for enterprises. Innovative technologies enable enterprises not only to adapt to changes, but also to actively influence them, creating flexible and efficient business structures. This approach allows enterprises to remain competitive and accelerate innovative development. The advantages of using the method of reengineering business processes, which allow to increase the productivity and competitiveness of enterprises, have been investigated. Business process reengineering allows businesses to adapt to new technologies and maximize their potential for growth and success. An analysis of the effectiveness and the possibility of its application in order to increase the productivity and competitiveness of the enterprise was carried out, considering its various types. It is possible to identify and eliminate deficiencies in the functioning of the enterprise by analyzing and improving each type of activity through the consideration of the business process system. It has been established that when implementing innovative technologies at enterprises, there is a need to update business processes for their optimal use. Step-by-step measures for the use of business process reengineering at the enterprise when implementing innovative technologies have been developed, which include an analysis of the current situation, namely, a detailed analysis of current business processes, their effectiveness and weaknesses of innovations; after the analysis, it is necessary to apply the key goals of reengineering - which aspects of the processes need to be optimized and improved; on the basis of the set goals, new business processes are developed that take into account innovative opportunities, and then to carry out constant control over their effectiveness.
