| Abstract: | Досліджено питання підвищення ефективності управління результатами діяль¬ності підприємства шляхом удосконалення мотивації праці робітників. Доведено, що мотивація забезпечується стимулюванням робітників для досягнення кінцевих результатів, серед яких
визначено індивідуальні показники діяльності робітника, структурного підрозділу та торговельного підприємства в цілому. The article investigates the efficiency of the company performance management by improving the motivation of workers. The motivation is proved to be ensured by encouraging employees to achieve better outcomes, including individual performance of an employee, a department and the commercial enterprise in general. |
