| Abstract: | Guidelines for conducting comprehensive training are given to help students consolidate knowledge, acquire practical skills in assessing the social utility of implementing a system of social responsibility standards in the practice of public administration and business structures, forming a mechanism for effective interaction between the state and the public. A plan-structure of the complex training with the distribution of stages and time, the definition of the subject, the list of exercises and tasks, technologies and didactic support, as well as a system of control and evaluation of training results are provided.
