У статті досліджено роль міжнародної співпраці у формуванні екологічної культури як ключової передумови сталого розвитку сучасного світу. Обґрунтовано, що міжнародна взаємодія істотно прискорює розвиток екологічної культури через освітні програми, наукові дослідження, культурні обміни та глобальні екологічні ініціативи.
Analysis of the effectiveness of software testing technologies for information systems

The purpose of this work is to analyze the effectiveness of software testing. Modern approaches to software testing are analyzed, and their advantages, limitations, and areas of practical application are identified. To conduct a computational experiment, an experimental dataset in CSV format was created, containing approximately 15,000 records that characterize the testing parameters, specifically costs, execution time, and the number of defects found. Models were constructed to evaluate the economic efficiency of various testing types, enabling the determination of time limits for return on investment. Based on the results of the experiment, practical recommendations were formulated for choosing the optimal type of testing: manual testing is appropriate for small projects due to low costs, automated testing is appropriate for medium-sized projects with repetitive scenarios, and intelligent testing is suitable for large and dynamic systems where adaptability and high accuracy in detecting defects are critical.
Information and analytical support for the management of social and communication processes in an organization

The article is devoted to the analysis, systematization, and improvement of the theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of information and analytical support for managing social and communication processes in an organization under the conditions of the digital transformation of the economy. The article examines modern foreign and domestic scientific approaches to interpreting information, analytical support, strategic communications, digital management, organizational intelligence, and social communication technologies. The expediency of interpreting information and analytical support as an integrated, multi-level system. The main principles for forming information and analytical support are identified, including systemacity, adaptability, digital integration, and predictability.
Деякі аспекти впливу програм Interreg на стратегічне планування розвитку територій

Автором доведено що із важливих ідентифікованих тематичних дій євроінтеграційної політики України, визначених у звіті Європейської комісії за 2024 рік, є завдання щодо встановлення зв’язків з європейськими групами територіального співробітництва для інтегрованого територіального багаторівневого управління в різних політичних інструментах. Автором визначено вплив програми Interreg на розвиток транскордонної, міжрегіональної та транснаціональної співпраці, а також підтримку розвитку соціально-економічних утворень європейської інтеграції, а саме прикордонних та транскордонних міст та регіонів, європейських груп територіального співробітництва, єврорегіонів, євроміст та єврорайонів, транскордонних робочих спільнот, асоціацій. Автором запропоновано проведення подальших досліджень у сфері розробки секторальної політики розвитку українського територіального співробітництва як складової євроінтеграційного процесу синхронізації та гармонізації регіональної політики України та політики територіальної згуртованості ЄС.
Formation of foreign language competence: educational paradigms and artificial intelligence

It is emphasized that when developing a pedagogical system for the formation of the personality of a future specialist, it is extremely important to adhere to a certain scientific paradigm. The adoption of the humanistic paradigm as the leading one is emphasized, and it is considered that teaching within such a paradigm is based on subject-subject relations between the teacher and the student, which contributes to the manifestation of the latter's personal qualities and abilities and is the basis for further learning. It has been found that when addressing the issue of improving the quality of professional knowledge among future specialists, it is necessary to rely on the traditional knowledge paradigm. Within its framework, the basic concepts, terms, and definitions of the relevant subject area are updated, without which it is impossible to form an individual educational product. Therefore, the acquisition of humanities knowledge contributes to the purposeful formation of an understanding of the significance of cultural heritage values in future specialists and the ability to implement them in their future professional activities. The role of artificial intelligence in shaping the personality of future specialists is considered, the possibilities of its application for the purpose of developing foreign language competence are characterized. It is noted that only a comprehensive implementation strategy will allow the advantages of artificial intelligence to be maximized without compromising academic integrity.
