Автори: Кобринець О. С.

Bezugla I.
Короткий огляд (реферат): This study explores the role of reflexive and creative components in economic education through foreign language learning, particularly in contexts affected by war, uncertainty, and rapid transformations in educational processes. Students face multiple challenges, including decreased motivation, disruption of academic trajectories, and adaptation to hybrid and remote learning models, while simultaneously aligning their knowledge and skills with evolving European educational standards, emerging international requirements, and rapidly changing professional expectations. The research investigates how digital mind mapping, scenario-based exercises, collaborative problem-solving, and interactive pedagogical methods support the development of reflexivity, creativity, adaptability, and strategic thinking. Through iterative activities, learners visualize, revise, and project their competencies, knowledge, and potential professional trajectories over time, strengthening their understanding of interconnections between academic content, practical skills, and future career opportunities. Results indicate that these practices enhance self-awareness, innovative problem-solving, and resilience, enabling students to navigate complex socioeconomic and cultural environments. Reflexive and creative approaches promote lifelong learning, professional autonomy, and flexibility, allowing learners to anticipate challenges and design adaptable career pathways even in uncertain or rapidly evolving contexts. Integrating structured, visually-oriented, and interactive strategies into curricula strengthens engagement, motivation, and the capacity to apply theoretical knowledge in practical and professional settings. The study demonstrates that embedding reflexive and creative practices in economic education equips graduates with the skills required to respond effectively to dynamic, unpredictable professional realities, fostering sustainable personal and professional development.

Назва: Linguistic tolerance and communicative learning strategies of international students majoring in economics in the international educational space
Автори: Mykhailova L.
Короткий огляд (реферат): The article examines the peculiarities of forming language tolerance among foreign students majoring in economics in the context of the international educational space as a component of their professional training. The paper analyzes communicative and didactic approaches to foreign language teaching aimed at developing the ability to communicate correctly, ethically, and interculturally in the field of economics. It has established that modern economic education is based on the integration of fundamental theoretical training, applied orientation, and interdisciplinarity, which determines the growing role of foreign language competence as a tool for professional interaction in a globalized environment. It is substantiated that linguistic tolerance emerges as a derivative of intercultural, communicative, and ethical competences and, at the same time, as a normative and value regulator of economic discourse. The system of analytical, discursive, strategic-communicative, and reflective training exercises focused on working with authentic economic, journalistic, and media texts in English has been analyzed. It is shown in the article that semantic-pragmatic analysis of terminological units, modeling of international negotiation situations, and development of mitigation, argumentation, and consensus-building strategies contribute to the formation of linguistic sensitivity and the prevention of discriminatory interpretations. The article emphasizes the importance of digital platforms, case studies, project-based learning, and business games as means of transferring language knowledge into the realm of a real professional activity. It has been proven that the systematic implementation of these approaches ensures the development of strategic competence, analytical thinking, and communicative responsibility among students. It is concluded that foreign language training for economics students should be viewed as a mechanism for integration into the global sociocultural and economic space and the formation of language tolerance as an integrative quality of a professional personality.

Назва: Semantic transformations of economic terminology in the context of globalization
Автори: Uskova T.
Короткий огляд (реферат): The article presents a comprehensive study of the semantic
transformations of economic terminology under the conditions of globalization,
digitalization, and the dominance of English as the leading means of international
professional communication. The paper identifies changes in the meanings,
structure, and functioning of economic terms under the influence of interlingual
interaction, technological innovations, and transnational economic processes. The
methodological framework combines terminological, semantic, and discourse
analysis, which makes it possible to reveal the dynamics of the formation of the
modern economic terminological system. It is shown that economic terminology
functions as a historically codified yet open lexicosemantic complex in which the
processes of semantic expansion, narrowing, metaphorization, and interdisciplinary
diffusion are intensified. In particular, it is demonstrated how such units as
“market”, “leverage”, “sustainability”, “financial bubble”, and “tipping point”
move beyond their original meanings in globalized English discourse and form
new cognitive models for interpreting economic reality. It is proven that the
internationalization of vocabulary and the active borrowing from English are
accompanied by complex semantic adaptation within national terminological
systems. On the basis of contemporary English media publications, it is shown
that macroeconomic indicators (“GDP”, “inflation”, “turnover”, “interest rates”)
in the global information space acquire socially, politically, and cognitively
marked meanings, turning into instruments for interpreting risks, expectations,
and strategic decisions.
