Короткий огляд (реферат): У статті досліджено процес формування готовності майбутніх фахівців до роботи з молоддю засобами військово-патріотичного виховання в сучасних соціокультурних умовах. Проаналізовано основні теоретичні підходи до визначення поняття «готовність до роботи з молоддю» та її складових компонентів: мотиваційно-ціннісного, когнітив-ного, діяльнісного та особистісно-рефлексивного. Особливу увагу приділено педагогічним умовам, які забезпечують результативне формування готовності, серед яких: формування ціннісно-мотиваційної основи, інтеграція теоретичної підготовки з практичною діяльністю, застосування активних та інтерактивних методів навчання, забезпечення міждисциплінарного підходу, створення виховного середовища патріотичної спрямованості та розвиток здатності до рефлексії і професійного самовдосконалення. Проаналізовано роль військово-патріотичних заходів у формуванні громадянської свідомості, патріотичних переконань та соціальної відповідальності молоді.

Короткий огляд (реферат): Emphasizing the educational value of play in professional training, this study examines the development of positive motivation for learning among higher education students through the use of game-based technologies. This study reveals a strong correlation between game-based activities and increased levels of engagement, autonomy, and positive attitudes toward learning. However, the analysis also highlights key challenges, such as insufficient training, rigid curricula, and a lack of resources, which limit widespread implementation. The article outlines the methodological framework and practical procedures of the study, including data collection strategies and experimental design. It then presents a series of evidence-based recommendations for more effective integration of games into educational practice. These include teacher training programs, flexible curriculum planning, the development of assessment tools focused on motivation, and the strategic involvement of higher education leadership.

Короткий огляд (реферат): This work aims to explore the application of cross-cultural understanding in teaching based on the experience of educational partnership between Ukraine and China. In terms of theoretical significance, by analysing the features and benefits of higher education in both countries, it is noted that there are complementarities in areas such as joint education, academic exchanges and educational inspections. In terms of practical implications, this study highlights the prospects of international learning, which not only broadens students' knowledge horizons but also cultivates their cultural communication skills, and provides important practical recommendations for cooperation between Ukraine and China in higher education. In terms of teaching methods, strategies such as the introduction of international textbooks, cross-cultural exchange activities, and the use of the considerable teaching experience of both countries are suggested. The research also highlights the challenges that need to be addressed in the implementation process, such as partner selection, resource allocation, organisational coordination, etc., to ensure that educational cooperation can progress directly. All in all, learning from an international perspective and strengthening the educational partnership between contries is of great importance for improving the quality of education and cultivating talents from a global perspective.
