Короткий огляд (реферат): The integration of digital technologies into national policies in developed countries supports the achievement of Sustainable Development Goal 9 (SDG 9) by fostering innovation and infrastructure development. This study aims to analyze how digital technologies contribute to SDG 9 through the experience of Scandinavian countries. The methodology combines mixed design and multi-criteria analysis of the Digital Economy and Society Index (DESI) from 2017 to 2024 to compare digitalization policies, institutional frameworks, and outcomes. Structural content analysis of EU digital strategies was conducted, focusing on budget priorities and areas such as information and communication technologies (ICT) infrastructure, digital skills, artificial intelligence, open data, and cloud technologies. The findings reveal that Finland, Sweden, and Denmark demonstrate significant progress in digital public services, basic digital skills, and ICT workforce development. However, challenges remain in AI implementation and small and medium enterprise (SME) digitalization. Denmark leads in DESI performance, Sweden in innovation, and Finland in accessibility, highlighting the need for context-specific digital strategies.

Короткий огляд (реферат): The digital economy is significantly changing logistics activities, providing new opportunities for optimising processes and improving the financial security of enterprises. The topic’s relevance is due to the need to adapt to rapid technological changes and the growing role of digital tools in the modern business environment. Objectives: The research aims to study the impact of the digital economy on logistics processes and their financial security. Methods: The research methodology is based on the analysis of scientific publications, statistical reports and comparative analysis, which allowed us to identify trends and opportunities for digitalising logistics processes. Results: The findings showed that introducing technologies such as blockchain, the Internet of Things (IoT), artificial intelligence, and big data increases the efficiency of logistics processes by optimising routes and reducing delivery times and operating costs. Blockchain ensures transparency and reliability of transactions, which helps to reduce the risk of fraud and improve trust among supply chain participants. IoT and big data allow businesses to forecast demand better and manage inventory, reducing cost overruns and ensuring greater planning accuracy. Conclusions: Thus, artificial intelligence helps to automate routine processes, increasing the accuracy and speed of tasks. The practical significance of the study is to identify promising areas of logistics digitalisation that contribute to enterprises’ financial stability and competitiveness.

A Framework for Digital Logistics Transformation: Innovation Implementation with Financial Interest Protection

Назва: A Framework for Digital Logistics Transformation: Innovation Implementation with Financial Interest Protection
Автори: Desyatnyuk O.; Krysovatyy A.; Ptashchenko O.; Kyrylenko O.; Kurtsev O.
Короткий огляд (реферат): Purpose: This study aims to analyse how the digital economy reshapes logistical processes, with a particular focus on strengthening financial resilience, minimising risks, and ensuring adaptability amid environmental volatility. Design/Methodology/Approach: The study uses a synthesis of critical discourse analysis, comparative analysis, and secondary statistical data analysis. Official reports, academic literature, and sectoral surveys of logistics enterprises were used as empirical materials, enabling both quantitative and qualitative assessments of digital transformation trends. Research Limitation: The article also has certain limitations, as it focuses on large and medium-sized enterprises, whereas small businesses may face different challenges in implementing digital tools. Other limitations of the research relate to the accessibility of the statistical information (data sets), which does not entirely capture the velocity at which the technology is being embraced. Future research should expand the sample and include case studies of SMEs. Social Implication: The results indicate that the introduction of new technologies, including blockchain, IoT, artificial intelligence, and big data analytics, can, in addition to saving costs and enhancing efficiency, improve transparency, build trust between stakeholders, and lead to sustainable development by minimising environmental consequences. Practical Implication: IoT and big data tools improve demand forecasting, inventory management, and adaptive decision-making. Automation of financial and operational tasks reduces errors, accelerates workflows, and enhances the overall efficiency of logistics enterprises. Originality/Value: The current study offers a holistic model that connects the digital change to financial security in logistics. In contrast to previous reports that primarily focused on cost reduction or automation, the paper emphasises systemic resilience, institutional transparency, and sustainability as the significant consequences of digital economy integration.
