Informal support networks in the workplace as a mechanism for addressing professional burnout

Назва: Informal support networks in the workplace as a mechanism for addressing professional burnout
Автори: Protasenko O.
Короткий огляд (реферат): This article proposes a theoretical model explaining the genesis of informal support networks to address the limitations of traditional burnout interventions. By integrating multi-level determinants, the study demonstrates how psychological needs and social mechanisms drive the emergence of these protective structures. The findings highlight a “management paradox”, suggesting that leaders must cultivate a safe context rather than attempting to artificially control these spontaneous connections.

Digital transformation of education: the potential of the steam laboratory

Назва: Digital transformation of education: the potential of the steam laboratory
Автори: Dymertsov D. O.
Короткий огляд (реферат): In today’s digital world, education is undergoing a profound transformation. With the advancement of artificial intelligence, automation, and global digitalization, the requirements for professionals are changing, which in turn affects the entire system of training future specialists. STEAM education (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematics) has become a key tool for developing the competencies of the future — critical thinking, creativity, interdisciplinary approaches, communication, teamwork, and digital literacy. These skills define the competitiveness of young people in a rapidly changing world. At the same time, an essential principle of modern education is academic freedom, which allows educators, researchers, and learners to freely explore, experiment with teaching methods, implement innovative technologies, and adapt programs to the needs of specific audiences. Such freedom creates a space for creativity, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas between teachers and students. At the intersection of academic freedom, innovative approaches, and interdisciplinarity, a new type of educational environment is emerging — one that focuses on developing creative, independent, and responsible individuals.

Current issues in resource conservation in mechanical engineering

Назва: Current issues in resource conservation in mechanical engineering
Автори: Ivashura А.
Короткий огляд (реферат): Mechanical engineering is traditionally one of the most resource-intensive sectors of the global economy, consuming significant volumes of metals, polymers, and non-renewable energy resources, which necessitates the acute implementation of resource-saving principles. The contemporary problematics of resource conservation extend beyond simple reduction in consumption norms and transform into a systemic approach based on the concept of the circular economy, whose goal is to create closed production cycles where the waste of one process becomes the raw material for another. The relevance of this problem is amplified by global climate challenges, the need to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and the increasing volatility of raw material prices. The theoretical foundations of resource conservation in mechanical engineering are based on three key pillars: material efficiency, energy efficiency, and waste minimization throughout the entire product life cycle – from design to disposal.

Features of sustainable gastronomy development in Ukraine

Назва: Features of sustainable gastronomy development in Ukraine
Автори: Ivashura А. А.
Короткий огляд (реферат): The recovery of the food sector should not rely on reproducing outdated models but rather on implementing innovative practices aligned with the principles of the circular economy, regenerative agriculture, and the ecosystem-based approach, a long-term political program, digital transformation tools, the promotion of sustainable production, and environmentally conscious food consumption within the context of post-war recovery.
