Короткий огляд (реферат): A comprehensive analysis of the quality of professional life and psychological resilience of women scientists under conditions of globalization transformations and increasing social uncertainty has been carried out. The quality of professional life is considered a multidimensional phenomenon that integrates professional well-being, emotional balance, social support, and a subjective sense of self-realization. Particular attention is paid to resilience as a dynamic psychological resource that enables adaptation to professional and social challenges within the academic environment. The results of an empirical study involving women scientists from higher education institutions in Ukraine are presented, aimed at identifying the relationship between professional experience and the level of resilience. It is shown that an increase in the length of scientific and pedagogical activity is accompanied by a higher level of resilience and the stabilization of psychological resources. The feasibility of implementing institutional programs for mental health support, mentoring, and soft skills development as factors in enhancing the quality of professional life of women scientists under conditions of global instability is substantiated.</description>

Special attention is given to psychological assessment methods and strategies for fostering these skills. The findings contribute to a better understanding of how soft skills enhance employability, career growth, and social adaptation, providing practical recommendations for education and professional development.&#xD;
For scientists, professors, students of all levels of higher education, specialists, psychologists-practitioners who study the development of soft skills in modern professional activity.</description>

Короткий огляд (реферат): The article explores the features of human emotional experiences through the analysis of narratives about life events. It is demonstrated that emotional experiences are reflected in speech through specific linguistic markers, such as the number of words, the use of pronouns, adjectives, verbs, and emotionally colored vocabulary. A comparative analysis of texts describing positive and negative events revealed cognitive and emotional differences in expression patterns. It was found that narratives of negative experiences are characterized by higher levels of cognitive activity, emotional involvement, and more varied linguistic usage. These features indicate a deeper process of reflecting on complex emotional experiences. The obtained results have practical significance for the training of future psychologists, particularly in developing skills for speech analysis, understanding clients’ emotional experiences, and fostering professional empathy. Additionally, the findings can be applied in training programs aimed at enhancing the emotional competence of psychology professionals.</description>

Короткий огляд (реферат): У статті представлена детальна теоретична модель soft skills, яка структурно поділяється на чотири ключові блоки. Два з цих блоків мають інтрапсихічний характер, включаючи мисленнєві та метакогнівні навички, а також регулятивні навички. Визначено, що ці навички відіграють важливу роль у внутрішньому психічному процесі індивіда, допомагаючи йому аналізувати, планувати та контролювати власні думки та дії. Інші два блоки є інтерпсихічними і охоплюють комунікативні навички, необхідні для ефективної взаємодії з іншими людьми, та кар’єрні навички, які сприяють професійному розвитку та адаптації до змін у робочому середовищі. Констатовано, що важливість даної моделі полягає в її здатності інтегрувати різні аспекти soft skills, забезпечуючи комплексний підхід до розвитку особистості в сучасному динамічному світі.</description>
