Formation of a model of internal social responsibility in the organisation

Abstract

An analysis of existing models of forming the company's internal social responsibility has been conducted. The directions for implementing internal social responsibility have been determined. A model for developing internal CSR, with a focus on social policy directions, has been proposed, providing the company with the opportunity to optimise internal social investments and maximise personnel loyalty and motivation.
