Interdisciplinary approach to training project management professionals: the experience of the European Union

Abstract

The experience of the EU in the implementation of an interdisciplinary approach to the training of project management specialists, which contributes to the development of a broader understanding of project activities and provides the necessary skills for successful work in a modern market economy, is considered. Ukraine has every opportunity to successfully adapt the European experience to national realities. The introduction of an interdisciplinary approach to the training of project management specialists will be an important step towards improving the quality of Ukrainian education and strengthening its position in the global labor market.
