Abstract

In the article the management of the enterprise labour potential structure including its main components: the system of mechanism elements (principles, methods, forms, standards and inntr rules), the interaction between elements, management functions is put forward. The necessity to achive the development goals, finding the factors of outer and inner environment influence is also taken into consideration.
