Abstract

The questions of optimization of logistic management by an industrial enterprise. Are explored by determination of logistic situation, as information about actual declination of norms of parameters of business-process in relation to his model, with the subsequent planning of logistic task, that is the renewed model of business-process. Concepts are first formulated "logistic situation" and "logistic task" as instrument of management by a business-process.
