Modeling business processes of making financial decisions using digital technologies

Abstract

The study presents the results of modeling business processes related to making financial decisions. A structural-functional model for assessing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise was built, which takes into account the turbulent surrounding conditions of its operation. This made it possible to formalize the information flows necessary for the development of investment measures. The requirements for information support for the analysis of the financial condition of the economic entity are presented. The results of the formation of the data array for the implementation of analytical procedures and the subsequent construction of visualizations based on their results are presented. The structure of the data for the formation of information support for making management decisions is visualized. An analitical dashboard was formed as a basis for making management decisions regarding investments.
