Economic and legal mechanisms for supporting the circular economy in the EU and their adaptation in Ukraine

Abstract

The article examines the modern approaches of the European Union to the formation and implementation of economic and legal mechanisms for the development of the circular economy and identifies the possibilities of their adaptation in Ukraine in the conditions of post-war recovery and deepening of European integration processes.
