Abstract

This paper delineates the evolutionary progression of perspectives surrounding social entrepreneurship and delineates the principal constructs underlying its advancement. The theories of resource and opportunity, social mission, and dialogue and partnership interact synergistically, mutually reinforcing one another to engender a comprehensive framework for the practice of social entrepreneurship.
