Abstract

In the article on the basis of a critical analysis оf existing methods a new version of economic substance of competitiveness event is proposed. According to this version competitiveness is an expression form ("function of recall") of a special (ascending) state of economic development, which is structured in time and physical, socioeconomic, and cognitive environment.
