Abstract

It is argued, that dialectics of the relationship of protectionism and liberalism on the external economic policy of the states is the result of not so much from the circumstances cleanly of conjuncture nature, as from inwardly contradictory unity of protectionism and liberalism as constituents of external economic policy.
