The causes of world financial and economic crisis and its influence on economy of Ukraine have been studied. State of the economy of the country in the beginning of the crisis and at its final stage in 2011 has been analyzed. Ways of overcoming the crisis have been proposed and the characteristic of outlook of development of economy in Ukraine has been given.
