Abstract

Розглянуто поняття лідерства як елемента організаційної культури на під¬приємстві. Проаналізовано ступінь впливу якостей лідера на формування організаційної культури. Виявлено залежність між типологією організаційної культури та класифікацією лідерів.The concept of leadership as an element of a company organizational culture is considered. The impact of the leader’s features on the formation of the organizational culture is analysed. The interdependence between the types of organizationl culture and the classification of leaders is found.
