Діагностика типів дивідендної політики українських підприємств

Abstract

The evolution of the legal adjusting of dividend policy of joint-stock companies is traced in Ukraine. An estimation to fund market development from point of extra charge and payment of dividends is given. The types of dividend policy on the basis of information of the financial reporting 30 Ukrainian joint-stock companies are diagnosed. Measures on the improvement of mechanism of extra charge and payment of dividends are grounded.
