The thesis examines the current state of child-rights protection in Ukraine during wartime and the post-war period. It identifies the major threats faced by children, including violence, displacement, limited access to education, psychological trauma, and risks of exploitation. The study highlights gaps in legislation, institutional coordination, resource allocation, and service accessibility. Drawing on international standards, the authors propose practical policy recommendations aimed at strengthening legal, social, psychological, and educational support systems. The suggested measures outline a comprehensive approach designed to enhance national child-protection mechanisms both during the ongoing conflict and throughout the post-war recovery process.
