Project Management As a Technology for Optimizing Resources In Terms Of Reforming Socio-Economic Relations: The Experience Of The EU

Abstract

The article reveals the advantages and prospects of project management in EU countries. The main problems and advantages of applying a project-oriented approach in the system of public administration are considered. The concept of the project is considered in the article. An overview of the practices of project management in European countries in the framework of spatial development is presented. It is concluded that the development of project management in Europe is heterogeneous, offset by cooperation at the interstate level.
