Abstract

In the article features of the international insurance market functioning, a problem of structural development of the insurance market in Ukraine with accent on increase of a role of life insurance are considered; significant regional concentration of the insurance capital in Ukraine is revealed, ways of adaptation of the national insurance market to principles and standards of world insurance are formulated.
