Abstract

In the article the problems of state regulation of innovation activity from positions of maximization the efficiency of innovational charges use in the regional industrial complex system is considered. Insufficient efficiency of existing innovational investments structure is grounded. The conceptual scheme of fixing the problem with the help of the financial-time fields is offered.
