Взаємодія служби логістики із суміжними структурними підрозділами

Abstract

Розглянуто інформаційні потоки, що виникають у процесі взаємодії служби логістики із суміжними підрозділами підприємства. На прикладі КП "Харківводоканал" виявлено недоліки в організації цієї взаємодії, а також розроблено рекомендації щодо її покращення.The article deals with information flows arising from the interaction of logistics services with related departments of the enterprise. Deficiencies in the organization of this interaction were identified based on the case study of ME "Kharkivvodokanal". Recommendations for its improvement were given.
