Методологічні підходи до визначення потреб як індикатора життєвого рівня населення

Abstract

The following categories - "manner of living" and "standard of living" - are analysed in the paper. Changes in the system of individual needs, particularly those, which are caused by such an important factor of statification as prestige, are considered. The research makes it possible to characterize different social groups of population in the context of living standards.
