Abstract

In the article the questions of formation the dividend politics of joint-stock companies, revealing the disagreements and contradictions during the charge and payment of dividends are considered. Recommendations for concerning the creation of balance between saving the net profit for the enterprise development investment and reception of the shareholders’ income on the brought-in capital are developed.
