Tendencies of Higher Education Development

Abstract

Theses are devoted to the study of current trends in higher education, which increasingly affect the quality and process of education and require the restructuring of the entire educational system. Considerable attention is paid to the problem of transferring higher education to an innovative basis, ie it is necessary to take into account in the process of training such innovative elements that would ensure an appropriate level of competitiveness of domestic education in the globalization. It is proved that modern universities, in order to meet the requirements of the time, must perform not only the classical functions (education, research, education), but also acquire new features - innovation and entrepreneurship.
