Abstract

This article analyzes the realization of strategy of social and economic development of region, that requires available necessary financial resources as which basis tax revenues act. Therefore the level of the taxation of payers of region and the tendency of a budgetary politics essentially influence opportunities of sufficient financing of programs of strategic development.
