Назва: Концептуальні засади адаптивності: сутність, принципи та роль адаптивного управління в умовах нестабільності агропродовольчих ринків Автори: Сєліхов С.; Міняйло Н. Короткий огляд (реферат): В умовах зміщення глобальної парадигми функціонування ринків від стану VUCA до радикально деструктивного стану BANI класичні моделі менеджменту втрачають свою ефективність. Особливо гостро ці трансформації відчуваються в агропродовольчій сфері України, де системні екзогенні шоки критично посилилися через чинники повномасштабної військової агресії, логістичні руйнування та кадровий дефіцит. У статті здійснено теоретико-методологічне обґрунтування концептуальних засад адаптивності підприємств агропродовольчої сфери та визначено роль адаптивного управління у забезпеченні їхньої стійкості, конкурентоспроможності й економічної безпеки. На основі системного й еволюційного підходів чітко розмежовано поняття «адаптація» та «адаптивність», де останню визначено як іманентну проактивну характеристику системи. Систематизовано базові принципи побудови адаптивного механізму та деталізовано архітектуру його підготовчо-інформаційного, функціонально-моніторингового та контрольно-адаптаційного блоків. З урахуванням досвіду подолання наслідків глобальних криз виокремлено ключові адаптаційні стратегії локальних виробників та доведено доцільність формування стійких екосистем через тристороннє партнерство «влада–бізнес–громада» на засадах кластеризації. Центральне місце у дослідженні посідає економетричне моделювання залежності рентабельності від факторів адаптивності. Застосування алгоритму методу Фаррара-Глобера дозволило усунути проблему мультиколінеарності в багатофакторних моделях регресії, забезпечивши високу надійність прогнозів. Інтеграція у прогностичний інструментарій концепції гістерезисного розвитку дозволила довести стратегічну перевагу диверсифікованих агроструктур над гіперспеціалізованими в умовах тривалого впливу безпеково-кризових загроз. Запропонований методичний комплекс є надійною науковою базою для керівництва підприємств під час оцінки адаптаційного потенціалу, моделювання управлінських рішень і вибору оптимальних траєкторій розвитку в умовах високої ринкової незбагненності.

Короткий огляд (реферат): This article examines the concept of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) is gaining increasing importance across all areas of education. Combining German as a Foreign Language instruction with sustainability offers the opportunity to link language learning with socially relevant topics such as the environment, social justice, and global responsibility. ESD aims to empower learners to act responsibly and with a focus on the future. Sustainability encompasses ecological, economic, and social dimensions. In current educational discourse, ESD is increasingly being integrated into language teaching contexts, for example through thematic modules in teacher training. It discusses that the central didactic approach is Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) or, in Germany, language-sensitive subject instruction. Sustainability topics are particularly well-suited because they are relevant to learners’ everyday lives, promote communicative skills, and open up intercultural perspectives. The study concludes that the integration of sustainability into German as a Foreign Language instruction offers great potential, including the integration of language learning and social education, the promotion of practical skills, and the strengthening of intercultural perspectives. At the same time, there is a need for further research and development, particularly regarding teaching materials and the integration of sustainability into the curriculum.

Online foreign language learning offers flexibility, accessibility, and personalized learning opportunities; however, it also presents several pedagogical, technological, and psychological challenges. This article examines the major challenges associated with online foreign language learning, including limited interaction, reduced learner motivation, technological barriers, assessment issues, and cultural limitations. Furthermore, it discusses evidence-based solutions that educators and institutions can implement to improve learning outcomes. The study concludes that successful online foreign language learning requires an integrated approach combining effective instructional design, appropriate technology, learner support, and innovative teaching methodologies.

Короткий огляд (реферат): The article is devoted to the theoretical analysis of the concepts of “professional culture”, “speech culture”, “speech etiquette”, and the practical implementation of these definitions in classes on “Ukrainian language (for professional orientation). The study analyzed the goal, program, topics of the academic discipline “Ukrainian language (for professional orientation)” and the competence of future specialists after studying this discipline. A number of game and speech exercises, game training have been developed, which are advisable to use in classes to form the professional culture of the future bachelor of banking.
