Короткий огляд (реферат): The paper examines the current state, development dynamics, key problems and strategic prospects for the functioning of the IT sector of Ukraine in conditions of economic instability, currency fluctuations and full-scale war. It was determined that despite the significant potential of the industry and its important role in ensuring the inflow of foreign currency, supporting macroeconomic stability and the development of the state's digital economy, a negative trend of reducing IT exports was recorded in 2023. The study systematizes the main factors hindering the development of the IT industry, which are divided into external and internal.The need for strengthening state support for the industry as one of the key areas of Ukraine's economic policy is substantiated. A set of measures aimed at overcoming crisis phenomena and stimulating innovative development of the IT sphere, as well as active positioning of Ukraine as a reliable IT partner in the international market through increased investment in security and digital infrastructure, is proposed. It is concluded that state support for the IT sector is a strategically important prerequisite not only for ensuring economic stability in the short term, but also for technological recovery, digital transformation, and modernization of other sectors of the national economy in the future.

Короткий огляд (реферат): Обґрунтовано стратегії використання технологій штучного інтелекту у підготовці фахівців галузі туризму в умовах трансформації глобального цифрового ринку праці та переходу до освітньої парадигми "Освіта 4.0"; проаналізовано сучасні наукові підходи до модернізації національної системи вищої освіти, яка має враховувати когнітивні зміни у світосприйнятті сучасних студентів та вимоги високотехнологічного середовища. Особливу увагу приділено виявленню взаємозв’язків між впровадженням інтелектуальних інструментів та зміною ролі викладача від безпосереднього навчання до менторства й інтелектуального супроводу. На основі огляду наукових публікацій систематизовано три ключові напрями інтеграції ШІ в освітній процес: адаптивне навчання на основі аналітики даних, використання віртуальних наставників і симуляційних агентів, створення цілісних екосистем управління знаннями та розвиток ШІ-грамотності.

To understand how major nodes physically and strategically reconcile these conflicting pressures, this study conceptualizes the trade patterns and underlying logistics structures of the Port of Antwerp-Bruges within the broader International Supply Chain Management framework. Drawing on 2024 operational statistics, Eurostat datasets, and UNCTAD macro-assessments, the research quantifies the port’s origin-destination profile. It strategically contrasts its stable intra-European base (42.5% of total maritime freight) against highly concentrated global exposures across key intercontinental corridors, such as the Far East and North America. The empirical evidence indicates that sustained gateway competitiveness relies on systemic coherence rather than mere quayside capacity. Specifically, the port's dual-platform configuration and multimodal hinterland synchronization act as a robust buffering ecosystem. Furthermore, integrated governance mechanisms and compliance protocols ensure operational discipline during periods of high cargo bunching. By actively managing shared terminal assets and access regimes, the node effectively prevents schedule disruptions in long-haul routes from spilling over into regional distribution chains. Ultimately, the findings shift the strategic focus of port evaluation from pure throughput maximization to end-toend interface reliability, offering a concrete framework for assessing operational resilience in an era of persistent supply chain instability

Обґрунтовано, що сучасні трансформації ринку праці, поширення гібридних форм зайнятості, розвиток штучного інтелекту та цифрових HR-екосистем зумовлюють необхідність формування нових підходів до управління людським капіталом. Визначено, що цифрове лідерство є інтегративною управлінською спроможністю, яка поєднує технологічну компетентність, стратегічне бачення, емоційний інтелект та здатність управляти організаційними змінами у цифровому середовищі. Систематизовано основні наукові підходи до трактування цифрового лідерства. Обґрунтовано, що в умовах HRM 5.0 цифрове лідерство виступає ключовим мультиплікатором цифрової трансформації управління персоналом та важливим чинником забезпечення сталого розвитку організацій.
