Автори: Vasylyk S.
Короткий огляд (реферат): The purpose of the article is to substantiate strategic approaches to talent management as a factor in increasing the competitiveness of enterprises and to develop practical recommendations for forming a strategy for retaining and developing talented personnel.
The article studies the strategic aspects of talent management in organizations as a key factor in their stability and development in conditions of global instability. The essence of the category "talent management" is analyzed, the main approaches to defining the concept are systematized: resource, process, performance and capitalization. The article substantiates that talent consists of specialists who are able to significantly influence productivity in the long term. The works of domestic and foreign scientists are analyzed, which allowed us to identify talent management as an innovative concept at the intersection of HR, strategic and innovative management. The principles of talent management strategy formation are summarized, including: strategic coherence, structural integrity, adaptability, and distributed leadership. The article outlines the economic benefits of implementing high-potential employee development programs, in particular, demonstrating the impact on revenue growth, productivity improvement, and reduced staff turnover costs. Special emphasis is placed on a system of non-material motivation measures, which includes creating a comfortable environment, involving employees in decision-making, and developing a corporate culture focused on psychological comfort and life balance. The transformation of HR technologies in 2025 is studied, in particular, the implementation of skill-based management systems, flexible Agile models, and a human-centric approach. It is substantiated that the successful implementation of a business strategy is impossible without the integration of digital solutions and individualization of professional growth trajectories.

Назва: Personnel motivation during a crisis: theoretical foundations, practical experience in Ukraine, and generational differences
Автори: Andrushchenko A.
Короткий огляд (реферат): This article explores the specific features of employee motivation under crisis conditions, particularly in the context of economic instability and martial law. The topic is relevant as there is the need for organizations to maintain workforce productivity, engagement, and stability in an environment characterized by uncertainty, risk, and rapid socio-economic changes. The purpose of the study is to identify key factors influencing employee motivation during crisis periods and to determine how motivational strategies should be transformed to support effective operation in extreme conditions.
The methodological basis of the research includes a combination of general scientific and specialized methods, such as analysis, synthesis, comparison, and generalization. A systematic approach was applied to examine the transformation of motivational practices, a comparative method was used to identify differences in motivational priorities among different employee generations. The study also considers behavioral aspects of employees in response to external stress factors.
The results demonstrate that traditional motivational approaches become less efficient during crises and require significant adaptation. It was found that employees’ needs shift towards security, stability, social protection, and psychological support. At the same time, generational differences play an important role in motivation: older generations tend to value stability and job security, while younger employees emphasize flexibility, development opportunities, and meaningful work. These differences directly affect human resource management practices and require differentiated motivation tools.
The practical value of the study lies in the development of recommendations for creating adaptive motivational strategies that take into account crisis conditions and generational diversity. The proposed approaches can be used by managers and HR specialists to increase employee engagement, maintain productivity, and ensure organizational resilience during periods of instability. The findings contribute to improving personnel management systems and support the creation of sustainable organizational behavior in challenging environments.
