Короткий огляд (реферат): Offers on an establishment of the prices for objects of the intellectual property under condition of full and incomplete transfer of the rights to them to the consumers are developed. In a basis of an offered technique the definition of the top and bottom borders of a possible interval of price policy marketing field is laid. Recommendations on an establishment of the actual price take into account interests both of the developer and the consumer of intellectual property rights. The special attention is paid to the questions of pricing under incomplete transfer of rights to using the objects of intellectual property to the consumer.
