Methodological approach to evaluation and stratification of HEI of Ukraine by level of innovative activity

Abstract

The article proposes an algorithm of methodological support for determining the attractiveness of the national system of higher education. A set of national HEIs that constantly carry out various innovations in certain activities is identified. As a result, they are the leading HEIs in the world rankings and occupy high positions in national rankings. Calculations of the value of integrated performance indicators of HEI of Ukraine, which establish not only the rating of universities by the level of their innovation activity, but can also be used as reference values for HEIs with lower ratings.
