dc.description.abstract	The work efficiency of the administrative personnel is considered. The system of parameters of an overall performance of the industrial enterprises administrative personnel, interrelation of work motivation of all levels' managers with productivity of their work is analysed. The integrated parameter of an estimation of managers' labour productivity is offered; it is proposed to develop concrete system of parameters of an estimation of administrative work productivity for each separate enterprise.	uk_UA
