Abstract

The major factor of adaptation of the enterprise to external conditions is presented by effective organizational structure of the operation of business constructed in view of requirements of modern economy. Reforming the enterprise with the help of transformation of all its internal compound adequately is necessary for changes of external conditions (re-structuring). Our problem is the specification and concrete definition of a technique of improvement the structure of management of the machine-building enterprise on the basis of re-structuring on directions of integration and decentralization.
