| Abstract: | Проведено теоретичне обґрунтування бізнес-планування як інструментарію стратегічного управління. Визначено місце і роль бізнес-планування у сучасних ринкових умовах. Розглянуто використання бізнес-планування як особливого інструмента управління підприємством. The theoretical substantiation of business planning as an instrument of strategic management was conducted. The place and the role of business planning in current market conditions were determined. The usage of business planning as an exceptional tool of management of the enterprise was considered. |
