Abstract: The project examined the theoretical aspects of the concept of marketing relations in the field of tourism services, its principles and advantages; an analysis was carried out to identify trends in the development of the tourist services market of Ukraine, as well as an analysis of the activities of subjects of tourism activities; the analysis is carried out and a characteristic of the economic and financial activities of a travel agency of a travel agency “Kraski Mira” is presented, prospects for its further development are identified; practical recommendations on the introduction of the concept of marketing relations in travel agency activities to increase consumer loyalty are proposed, and a new format for work of travel agency with corporate clients is proposed.
