| Abstract: | Тhe possibilities of trust management as a factor that determines the effectiveness of interaction between business entities are studied. The structure and factors of trust in business are analyzed. The main tasks of trust management are defined. Measures for the development of socio-psychological and communicative competencies of economic entities to improve the quality, joint management decisions and increase the efficiency economic entities are proposed. |
