The purpose of the work is to specify the role of information technologies in the system of ensuring business value growth through the introduction of project management methods. The processes of project management and value management of the enterprise are combined and enriched by the use of modern information and communication support tools. At the same time, the achievement of the general goal of project management and the value of the enterprise forms the basis for the development and implementation of its development strategy.
