Abstract: An innovative fusion of social responsibility and strategic management for conducting competitive business in an intercultural environment in modern integration conditions is proposed. The importance of corporate social responsibility for enterprise management, development and formation of management and leadership skills is shown, as the consistent internationalization of companies requires special management know-how and an innovative approach to management. The necessity of a scientific basis on which socially responsible strategic management should build a decision-making methodology is substantiated. It is stated that the innovative fusion of social responsibility and strategic management allows the company to achieve its goals faster, be competitive, meet internal capabilities and allows you to remain responsive to the demands of the external environment.
