Краткий осмотр (реферат): Humanization of higher education and focus on the needs and interests of students is a necessary condition for the organization of the educational process in modern higher education institutions of Ukraine. It is known that only during fruitful cooperation you can build a truly effective model of learning. The teacher should focus efforts not only on the formation of future specialists' knowledge and skills in the future profession, but also on the development of creative abilities of students, which will help solve non-standard situations. We believe that the achievement of this goal is greatly facilitated by the introduction into the educational process of the ideas of pedagogy of cooperation, which allow students to reveal and express themselves in educational activities.
