ЗАСТОСУВАННЯ ТРЕНІНГУ ПРИ ПІДГОТОВЦІ МЕНЕДЖЕРІВ У ВИЩИХ НАВЧАЛЬНИХ ЗАКЛАДАХ

Abstract

Розкрито сутність та актуальність упровадження тренінгу у професійній підготовці менеджерів. Обґрунтовано доцільність застосування тренінгів при підготовці сучасних фахівців, у тому числі в області менеджменту, наведено приклад тренінгу за темою "Прийняття управлінських рішень". У тренінгу пропонується застосування таких інтерактивних технологій, як: "коло", "акваріум", дискусія, презентація, "мозковий штурм", "мікрофон", "ділова гра" тощо. Наведено можливі критерії оцінювання окре¬мих тренінгових вправ та завдань, а також тренінг загалом.

This article shows the nature and urgency of implementing the training in the professional studying of managers. The author grounds expedience that it is important to use different interactive forms and training technologies in studying process of contemporary professionals, including managers, proposes an example of training on the topic "Managerial decision-making". The author offers to use in training such training's technologies as: "circle", "aquarium", discussion, presentation, "cerebral assault", a business game, "microphone" and so on. The possible criterias of evaluation all training's exercises and tasks, and the whole training are indicated.
