Contemporary approach to leadership style formation during the process of generation transition at modern working place

Abstract

The issue of working conditions for good cooperation during the transition of generations at the workplace has been studied. Characteristics of generations and factors related to cooperation of representatives of generations at the workplace are highlighted. The work-relevant characteristics of the generations are singled out.
