State economic policy as an effective tool for improving the social welfare system

Abstract

The role of the state as a subject of social needs and as a regulator of individual and social well-being is studied. The concept of effective measures to combat poverty, the mechanism of the state's influence on the formation of public welfare, is considered in order to define effective measures to combat poverty, prevent mass degradation and reduce the share of the population living below the poverty line. The task of the current public welfare policy is defined, which is based on the formation of a new system of values and a new ideology with priorities of high humanistic values: morality, social justice and security, a developed legal environment. A mechanism of productive interaction of the state and market regulation is proposed for the effective implementation of socio-economic policy aimed at gradually overcoming poverty and increasing social well-being.
