Analysis of the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of public-private partnership in Ukraine

Abstract

The ways of increasing the level of efficiency of implementation of public-private partnership projects, which are aimed at improving the country's infrastructure and improving the quality of life of the population, are considered. The analysis was carried out and the specific directions of the development of public-private partnership with the aim of increasing efficiency, economic growth and ensuring sustainable development of the state were substantiated. The problems of implementation of public-private partnership projects in Ukraine related to the state of war and economic instability are identified; low attractiveness of the investment climate; gaps in regulatory and legal regulation, tax legislation, budget support; low level of trust of business and society in power structures and their management; the low quality of investment planning and the lack of systematic assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of public-private partnership projects.
